the foundation published a full wasi ii manual last month: component model standardized, jco compiling real php and node workloads into wasm components, edge runtimes speaking the same language. my favorite part is the boring stuff, versioning, interfaces, contracts nobody wants to maintain. standards with documentation are how ecosystems survive hype cycles. the php on wasm demos alone are worth a read.
