berlin sunday: flat course, ethiopian favorites and fifty four thousand excuses

the fastest major on earth goes off this sunday and the field is stacked. guye adola headlines an ethiopian group in the mens race, and after that womens only world record in london, berlin will be eyed for record attempts. thirteen world records have fallen on this course. if you are watching, flotrack goes live early. anyone here running it or saving the legs for a fall ultra?

kilometer thirty five is where dreams go to die on any course jaja. the straights are merciful but that final stretch to the gate feels ten kilometers long when the legs are gone. im watching with coffee and zero guilt, fifty four thousand heroes already have it covered
